Shipping policy

All orders received before 2:00 p.m. (Mexico City time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2:00 p.m. (Mexico City time) on a Friday or during the weekend, it will be shipped the following Monday.

Additional shipping costs for refused or returned packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. We use the address you provide. We are not responsible if the package is not delivered correctly due to missing or incorrect information.

Any address change will incur an additional shipping charge.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Duck U is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, service interruptions, etc.

Duck U is not responsible for any customs fees associated with importing goods.

We use DHL Express and UPS for international shipments.

United States of America

Flat rate of MXN $1,000

United Kingdom and Canada

Flat rate of MXN $1,700

*All orders over MXN $10,000 require a signature upon delivery. *Oversized items may incur an additional shipping charge.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, or delays caused by your country's customs procedures. You should contact your local customs office for a quote on any applicable charges.
